Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HuntDesk, an all-in-one platform for hunting and safari outfitters operated by Cinastage Studios / Bloomworks. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

Free trial and billing

HuntDesk offers a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial you choose a plan (Basic or Pro), billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. If a payment fails, we allow a grace period before access is paused. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your data

Your clients, quotes, invoices, photos and other content belong to you. We store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use HuntDesk lawfully. Do not use it to send spam, to store unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other outfitters’ data.

Third-party connections

Optional integrations (such as Google) are governed by those providers’ own terms. You may connect or disconnect them at any time from Settings.

Availability and liability

We work to keep HuntDesk reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, HuntDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using HuntDesk and cancel at any time.
